Cox Mill won the last time they faced Marvin Ridge and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cox Mill Chargers pulled ahead with a 55-54 photo finish over the Marvin Ridge Mavericks. The victory was nothing new for the Chargers as they're now sitting on four straight.

The win got Cox Mill back to even at 10-10. As for Marvin Ridge, they moved to 9-12 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cox Mill will head out to square off against Lake Norman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Lake Norman's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Marvin Ridge, they will venture away from home to face off against Sun Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Marvin Ridge is facing Sun Valley at the right time seeing as Sun Valley is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
