Ripken Birdwell Game Report: vs Redwater

Hooks came out on top against Redwater on Friday thanks in part to Ripken Birdwell's efforts. Birdwell did his part (and then some), rushing for 72 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 178 yards and one TD for the 'W'.

Looking ahead, Birdwell and Hooks are taking a road trip to challenge De Kalb at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Birdwell up against the Bears' star quarterback Maddux Burgin.
