Wood County Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 52-12 win over Hundred. That looming 52-12 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildcat yet this season.

Meanwhile, Cameron had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.8 points) and they went ahead and made it nine last Wednesday. They blew past the Hornets, posting a 53-19 victory. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' West Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 48th in West Virginia, while the Hornets are ranked 134th in West Virginia), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cameron's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.7 points over those games. As for Wood County Christian, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-12.
