Basketball Recap: Booneville Comes Up Short

Booneville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 45-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Subiaco Academy Trojans. While losing is never fun, the Bearcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 170th, while the Trojans are ranked 45th).

Booneville's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Subiaco Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Booneville has already played their next contest (against Cossatot River), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Subiaco Academy has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Westside.
