King and Miller are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2017, but likely not for long. The King Mustangs will venture away from home to challenge the Miller Buccaneers at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. King's hitters has struggled lately (they haven't scored a run in three consecutive games), something the team is no doubt ready to change.

Monday just wasn't the day for King's offense. They came up short against Incarnate Word Academy on Monday, falling 10-0.

Meanwhile, Miller was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 13-1 to Gregory-Portland.

Miller saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Campos, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-1. That's the most stolen bases Campos has posted over her last 15 contests.

Miller's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for King, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

King couldn't quite get it done against Miller when the teams last played back in April of 2024 as they fell 13-9. Can King avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
