There's no place like home for Fort Plain, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Galway Golden Eagles on Wednesday, sneaking past 1-0. Fort Plain were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on Galway, so Fort Plain were just returning the favor.

With the win, Fort Plain broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-5-1. As for Galway, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 3-8-1.
