Softball Recap: Borger Comes Up Short

Borger lost against Pampa back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs lost 18-1 to the Harvesters. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Borger's loss dropped their record down to 6-23. As for Pampa, they moved to 13-9 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Borger will take on Dumas at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pampa, they will venture away from home to square off against Hereford at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Whitefaces have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.72 runs per game on average), something the Harvesters will no doubt try to take advantage of.
