Fairhope posted their closest win since November 23rd on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Salem Seminoles 54-51. The win was nothing new for the Pirates as they're now sitting on three straight.

Fairhope has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points per game. As for Salem, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Fairhope will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Foley at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Salem, they will face off against Crisp County at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
