Basketball Recap: Lincoln Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Lincoln waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victor by a 70-47 margin over the Salem Rocks. The Railsplitters have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Mitch Paspal and Nye Turner certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Paspal dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 boards, while Turner posted 15 points and eight rebounds. Paspal also posted three blocks, which is notable because Salem is 2-1 when he posts at least three blocks, but 6-14 otherwise.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Salem, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-15.

As of now, neither Lincoln nor Salem have any future games scheduled.
