Basketball Game Preview: Motivation Jaguars vs. Lincoln Leadership Academy Lions

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Motivation Jaguars challenge the Lincoln Leadership Academy Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday... Motivation will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Last Thursday, Motivation was able to grind out a solid victory over Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech, taking the game 78-65.

Chace White continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 12 of 22 on his way to 31 points and four steals. He has been hot, having posted four or more steals the last six times he's played. Kevin Looney was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 12 boards.

Meanwhile, Lincoln Leadership Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Monday as they fell 42-36 to Saucon Valley.

Motivation's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-7. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Lincoln Leadership Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 15-5.

Motivation came up short against Lincoln Leadership Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 68-58. Can Motivation avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
