Recap: Milwaukee School of Languages Hawks vs. Milwaukee Juneau Pioneers

The Milwaukee School of Languages Hawks pushed their score all the way to 82 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 91-82 hit to the loss column at the hands of Milwaukee Juneau. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (58), Milwaukee School of Languages still had to take the loss.

Milwaukee Juneau found their leader in underclassman Dooney Johnson, who went 8 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 40 points and 2 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Raylen Jones, who scored 16 points.

Milwaukee School of Languages' loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Milwaukee Juneau, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milwaukee School of Languages will face off against Milwaukee Reagan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Milwaukee Juneau is on the road again on Friday and plays Milwaukee Vincent at 7:00 p.m. on February 16th.
