Football Game Preview: Somerton Toros vs. Lake Havasu Knights

The Somerton Toros will head out on the road to square off against the Lake Havasu Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Somerton's offense hasn't had much luck over their past nine games, but Friday's matchup will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Somerton came up short against Yuma and fell 14-7.

Meanwhile, Lake Havasu was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Estrella Foothills 40-13. Considering the Knights have won three contests by more than 26 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Lake Havasu's win came from a few key players Somerton will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Halo Jump, who threw for 228 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in one TD on the ground. Carter Devett also helped with two scores in total.
