Basketball Recap: Riverview Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

Riverview won the last time they faced Wynne and things went their way on Saturday too. The Riverview Raiders walked away with a 54-44 victory over the Wynne Yellowjackets. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

Riverview's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Wynne, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverview will head out to challenge Highland at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wynne, they will head out on the road to face off against Tuckerman at 8:30 p.m. on January 6th. Tuckerman knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Wynne likes a good challenge.
