Baseball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

Trinity lost against Grayson County last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Raiders came up short against the Cougars, falling 13-2. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Grayson County, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-8.

Looking ahead, Trinity will head out on the road to square off against Butler County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Grayson County, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Barren County at 5:30 p.m. The Trojans will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
