Northern Cambria is a perfect 5-0 against Conemaugh Valley since September of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Colts will welcome the Blue Jays at 6:00 p.m. Northern Cambria is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

It looked like the Kentucky Derby when Northern Cambria challenged Portage on Thursday. The Colts walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mustangs.

Northern Cambria walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-19, 25-27, 25-9.

Cambria Heights came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against Conemaugh Valley, but Madison Mccleester wouldn't allow it. The Blue Jays were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Highlanders on Thursday with plenty of help from Mccleester, who had 17 digs and one assist. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 17 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

While Conemaugh Valley won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-23, 25-21.

Conemaugh Valley's victory bumped their record up to 8-12-1. As for Northern Cambria, their win bumped their record up to 14-9-1.

Northern Cambria was able to grind out a solid victory over Conemaugh Valley when the teams last played back in September, winning 3-1. Will the Colts repeat their success, or do the Blue Jays have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
