Soccer Recap: Royal Comes Up Short

Royal was the 1-0 winner over Simi Valley when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Royal Highlanders lost 4-0 to the Simi Valley Pioneers on Monday. That's two games in a row now that the Highlanders have lost by exactly four goals.

Royal dropped their record down to 6-15-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Simi Valley, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-6-1 and their overall record up to 5-11-1.

As of now, neither Royal nor Simi Valley have any future games scheduled.
