Basketball Recap: Bentley Pergerson and Lyric Halacheff Secure Win for Grace Christian Academy

The Grace Christian Academy Chargers didn't have too much breathing room in their game against the Haw River Christian Academy Archers on Monday, but they still walked away with a 44-38 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Grace Christian Academy was led to victory by Lyric Halacheff and Bentley Pergerson. Halacheff posted 12 points, while Pergerson had 11 points.

Grace Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Haw River Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Grace Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Liberty Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Haw River Christian Academy, after both having extra time off, they and Carolina Friends will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 8:00 p.m. on December 2.
