Carlisle waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Hazen Hornets get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. Considering the Bison have won 12 matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Carlisle got a massive performance out of Jessa Wiles, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Chloe Smith, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Carlisle kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in three consecutive games.
Carlisle pushed their record up to 19-10 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.
