Burton came out on top against O'Connell on Wednesday thanks in part to Joshua Soriano's efforts. Soriano wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. The contest was his fourth straight with at least one stolen base.

Soriano's strong effort led Burton over O'Connell and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Pumas are a perfect 10-0 against the Boilermakers going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
