Baseball Recap: Lawrence Upper Takes a Loss

After soaring to 21 runs the game before, Lawrence Upper was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix, falling 11-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Phoenix this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 back in April.

Lawrence Upper's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Andrews Osborne Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Coming up, Lawrence Upper will head out to face off against Western Reserve Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Andrews Osborne Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against John F. Kennedy at 5:00 p.m. The Fighting Eagles will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
