Basketball Game Preview: Bowie Jackrabbits vs. Slidell Greyhounds + How To Watch

The Bowie Jackrabbits will venture away from home to take on the Slidell Greyhounds at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Bowie has given up an average of 70 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Bowie lost to Boyd on the road by a 84-67 margin. The Jackrabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Slidell ended up a good deal behind Red River on Monday and lost 77-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (61), the Greyhounds still had to take the loss.

Slidell's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Bowie, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Bowie skirted past Slidell 43-40 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Jackrabbits since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
