Basketball Game Preview: Cuyahoga Heights Red Wolves vs. Independence Blue Devils

The Cuyahoga Heights Red Wolves are taking a road trip to square off against the Independence Blue Devils at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cuyahoga Heights' defense has only allowed 30 points per game this season, so Independence's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Thursday, Cuyahoga Heights was able to grind out a solid victory over Fuchs Mizrachi, taking the game 35-26. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Wolves.

Meanwhile, Independence might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Berkshire an easy 52-27 win. The contest marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Independence and nudges their season record down to 3-4. As for Cuyahoga Heights, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
