Softball Recap: Divine Child Comes Up Short

Divine Child suffered their closest defeat since March 24th on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Stevenson Spartans by a score of 9-7. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Divine Child has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Stevenson, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Divine Child has already played their next contest (against Grosse Pointe North), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Stevenson also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Lake Shore.
