Coahoma County is 7-1 against Edwards since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Red Panthers will face off against the Tigers at 5:15 p.m.

Coahoma County is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 58 points last Tuesday, they were much more limited against Rosa Fort on Wednesday. They took a hard 43-28 fall against the Lions.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Edwards, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Greenwood 40-37. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.

The victory got Edwards back to even at 2-2. As for Coahoma County, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.
