Federal Way is 9-1 against Beamer since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Federal Way Eagles will face off against the Beamer Titans at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Beamer is hoping to do what Jefferson couldn't on Monday: put an end to Federal Way's winning streak, which now stands at five games. Federal Way really took it to Jefferson for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-24 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, everything went Beamer's way against Kent-Meridian on Monday as Beamer made off with a 60-35 victory. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Royals are ranked 281st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Beamer has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Federal Way, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.

Federal Way came up short against Beamer in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 44-36. Can Federal Way avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
