Volleyball Recap: Bedford's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Bedford won the last time they faced Bishop Guilfoyle and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bisons put the hurt on the Marauders with a sharp 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Bedford was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-11, 25-8.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bedford to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rylee Lybarger, who had nine digs and three aces. Lybarger has been hot recently, having also posted 14 or more assists the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Taylor Magill, who had 16 digs and two aces.

Bedford and Bishop Guilfoyle could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. The Bisons (ranked 216th) will meet Penn Cambria (ranked 97th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bishop Guilfoyle will face off against Hollidaysburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (352 vs. 13).
