Softball Recap: Bishop Neumann Cavaliers vs. St. Paul Wildcats        
        
		
             Bishop Neumann waltzed into their match  on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They put the hurt on the St. Paul Wildcats with a sharp  16-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cavaliers, who have now won 21 contests by six  runs or more  so far this season.
  Bridget Whitney was  incredible,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Jill Johnson, who  went 1-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Bishop Neumann  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  hit at least eight  hits in six consecutive  games.
 Bishop Neumann is  on a roll lately: they've  won 17 of their last 18 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 29-3 record  this season. As for St. Paul, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 17-13.
 As of now, neither Bishop Neumann nor St. Paul have any future games scheduled.
