Basketball Recap: Forest Hill Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Forest Hill won the last time they faced Seminole Ridge, and Kavin Walker did his part to make sure it happened again. The Forest Hill Falcons came out on top against the Seminole Ridge Hawks by a score of 41-32 on Friday thanks in part to Walker, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 boards. Those 13 rebounds gave him a new career-high.

Several Hawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Matthew Sroda, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. Garrett Rimes was another key player, putting up two points and five steals.

Forest Hill has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for Seminole Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season.

Forest Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Santaluces at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seminole Ridge, they are taking a road trip to challenge Somerset Academy - Canyons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
