Klein Cain proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by four) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Klein Collins Tigers 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in February.

Savannah Dading and Josslyn Sincler scored both of Klein Cain's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Klein Cain's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-13-1. As for Klein Collins, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14-3.

Looking ahead, Klein Cain will host Klein at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Klein Collins, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Klein Collins challenge Tomball at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Tomball's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Klein Collins' offense will have their work cut out for them.
