Volleyball Recap: Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Takes a Loss

Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Liberty Lions. The Fire Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Deacon Strutton paced Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning's offense, picking up nine kills. Strutton got some help from Christian McKnight and his 12 assists.

Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Liberty, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.

Coincidentally, Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning and Liberty will both be playing Nevada Union the next time they take the court. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will head out to face Nevada Union at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Liberty will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
