Football Game Preview: Uniontown Red Raiders vs. Connellsville Falcons + How To Watch

Uniontown hasn't had much luck against Connellsville recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Red Raiders will venture away from home to challenge the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Uniontown's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Northern Garrett on Friday. They were outmatched by the Huskies and fell 38-0. While losing is never fun, the Red Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 500th in Pennsylvania, while the Huskies are ranked 98th in Maryland).

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Connellsville took on University on Friday. The Falcons were dealt a 52-12 loss at the hands of the Hawks.

Uniontown will need to focus on slowing down Christian Thomas, one of several Connellsville players who made an impact when they last played. He picked up 92 receiving yards and one TD.

Uniontown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Connellsville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
