Soccer Recap: Irvin Takes a Loss

Irvin lost to Ysleta back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rockets came up short against the Indians, falling 6-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Irvin were already down 3-0.

Irvin has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 13 of their last 15 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season. As for Ysleta, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6-1.

Irvin has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 defeat against Austin on the 6th. As for Ysleta, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Harmony Science Academy on the 6th.
