Baseball Recap: Central Spartans vs. Holtville Vikings

Central lost to Holtville back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spartans took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings.

Ricardo Miranda was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched 5.2 innings while giving up three earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in May of 2025.
