Volleyball Recap: Lone Peak Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Skyridge

Lone Peak faced Skyridge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Knights came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Knights have suffered since September 6th.

While Lone Peak ultimately came up short, they really made Skyridge work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 27-25, 25-21.

Ava Burgess paced Lone Peak's offense, picking up 16 kills. Burgess got some help from Chevy Peters and her 14 assists.
