Softball Recap: Stevenson's Winning Streak Snapped at Six Games

After a string of six wins, Stevenson's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They and the Fenton Tigers finished up on equal footing with a 6-6 tie.

With that draw, Stevenson's record moves to 8-1-1. Meanwhile, Fenton's record is now 2-0-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stevenson will venture away from home to take on Woodhaven at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Spartans 2.7, the Warriors 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Fenton, they are taking a road trip to face off against Kearsley at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
