Basketball Preview: Silo Rebels vs. Rattan Rams
The Silo Rebels will stay at home for another game and welcome the Rattan Rams at 8:00 p.m. on February 6th. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Silo came up short against the Wolves and fell 69-61.
Meanwhile, Rattan entered their tilt with the Lumberjax with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. Rattan came out on top against the Lumberjax by a score of 57-49 on Tuesday. Given Rattan's advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while the Lumberjax are ranked 90th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Silo now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Rattan, they pushed their record up to 18-2 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
