On Thursday, Huntley Project faced Lodge Grass in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Huntley Project Red Devils walked away with a 94-86 win over the Lodge Grass Indians. The Red Devils' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

PARKER COOK was his usual excellent self, putting up 36 points. ANDERSON MCNIVEN was another key player, posting 22 points.

Huntley Project's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 83.1 points per game. As for Lodge Grass, they moved to 11-1 with that defeat, which also ended their 14-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Huntley Project won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Red Lodge at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Red Lodge knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Huntley Project likes a good challenge.
