Arcadia's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Muir Mustangs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Apaches, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-8, 25-16.

Arcadia found their leader in sophomore Allison Chen, who had three digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Chen.

Arcadia was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 21 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in three consecutive matches.

Arcadia's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Muir, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Arcadia has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Alta Loma on the 5th. As for Muir, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Burbank on the 9th.
