Softball Recap: Redbank Valley Falls Short of Chestnut Ridge in the Playoffs

Redbank Valley and Chestnut Ridge squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Redbank Valley had to settle for second. They fell 4-0 to the Lions. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Bulldogs haven't been shut out since back in March.

Redbank Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Chestnut Ridge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Redbank Valley nor Chestnut Ridge have any future games scheduled.
