Istrouma skates past Broadmoor with ease

Make it 11 blowout wins for the Istrouma Indians this season. They breezed by Broadmoor at home to the tune of 51-17. That's two games straight that Istrouma has won by exactly 34 points.
Leading Istrouma to victory were A'tiona Augustus and Eryn Brown. Augustus scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and six steals, while Brown dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it 22 consecutive games in which Brown has scored at least a third of Istrouma's points.
Istrouma has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for Broadmoor, they are on a 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Istrouma will square off against Plaquemine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Plaquemine focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Tuesday. Broadmoor on the road again on Thursday and play against McKinley at 5:00 p.m. on January 25th.
