Basketball Game Preview: Woodland Wildcats vs. Southeast Whitfield County Raiders

Woodland and Southeast Whitfield County are an even 3-3 against one another since November of 2015, but not for long. The Woodland Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Woodland and 42 for Southeast Whitfield County dating back to last season.

Woodland is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 76-69 to Cartersville on Friday.

Meanwhile, Southeast Whitfield County took a blow against Ridgeland on Saturday, falling 63-26.

Woodland's loss dropped their record down to 5-19. As for Southeast Whitfield County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-22.

Everything came up roses for Woodland against Southeast Whitfield County in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 65-27 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Woodland since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
