Basketball Recap: North Valleys' Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Ten

North Valleys entered their tilt with Wooster on Friday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They beat the Wooster Colts by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 54-27. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

North Valleys got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ivy Williams out in front who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards. The game was Williams' 16th in a row with at least ten points. Emily Huff was another key player, putting up 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

When it comes to explaining why Wooster lost, don't look at KHLOE GLOVER. Despite the final result, she posted 24 points. With that strong performance, GLOVER is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game.

North Valleys has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Wooster, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

North Valleys didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-24 win against Hug on the 22nd. Wooster has also already played their next game, a 58-41 victory against Sparks on the 21st.
