Niles gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They walked away with a 28-18 victory over the St. Joseph Bears. This was payback for the Vikings, who suffered a 30-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Coming up, Niles will head out on the road to face off against Lakeshore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Joseph, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Edwardsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
