Soccer Game Preview: St. Augustine vs. St. Joseph Academy

St. Augustine is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Saturday. They are taking a road trip to face off against the St. Joseph Academy Bloodhounds at 3:00 p.m. St. Augustine's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

St. Augustine came up short against Antonian Prep two weeks ago, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, St. Joseph Academy kept a clean sheet against Harmony School of Innovation on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 12-0 win. It was an even better day for Jose Ibarra as he scored three goals for his team.

St. Augustine's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for St. Joseph Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
