Murrieta Valley won the last time they faced Chaparral and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Nighthawks put the hurt on the Pumas with a sharp 15-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Nighthawks.
Charlotte Thayer looked comfortable as she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
