Recap: Eastbrook Academy vs. Tenor
In what's become a running theme this season, Eastbrook Academy gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. They beat Tenor by the very same score they won with last week: 75-45. The victory was familiar territory for Eastbrook Academy who now have five in a row.
Despite the loss, Tenor saw an underclassman step up: Quintyn Robinson scored 26 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Robinson is crushing the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Kyrell Davis, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
Eastbrook Academy pushed their record up to 10-6 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.8 points per game. As for Tenor, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastbrook Academy will square off against the at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tenor, they will head out on the road to face off against the at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
