Volleyball Recap: Reno Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

Reno's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the McQueen Lancers with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Huskies also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Reno won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-23, 25-16.

When it comes to explaining why McQueen lost, don't look at Parker Wilson. Despite the final result, she had ten digs and two aces.

Reno's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-6. As for McQueen, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Reno is set to face off against their familiar foe Hug at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, McQueen will challenge rival Reed at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
