Baseball Recap: Hubbard Greyhounds vs. Agricultural Science Cyclones
Hubbard had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 1-7 to make it ten. They came up short against the Agricultural Science Cyclones, falling 12-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cyclones this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Thursday.
Serafin Millan made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one RBI.
As for Agricultural Science, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The result was nothing new for Agricultural Science, who have now won five matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
On Agricultural Science's side, Aiden Kessenich made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.
