O'Neill won the last time they faced Boone Central and things went their way on Friday too. The O'Neill Eagles snuck past the Boone Central Cardinals with a 51-46 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles who have now won three matches in a row.

O'Neill's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Turner Heiss, who posted 14 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Braxen Eichelberger, who earned 11 points.

The win got O'Neill back to even at 5-5. As for Boone Central, they moved to 5-5 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

O'Neill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-41 victory against Ponca on the 11th. As for Boone Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 74-39 loss against Wayne on the 11th.
