Pinecrest Academy Cadence had won two straight games and Cali Wellington did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Innovations International Ambassadors with plenty of help from Wellington, who had ten aces and six digs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 3 aces per game.

One reason for the win was Pinecrest Academy Cadence's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-4, 25-3.

Pinecrest Academy Cadence's victory bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Innovations International, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Pinecrest Academy Cadence has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Green Valley on the 26th. Hopefully Innovations International paid attention to the Cougars' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on October 21.
